Abstract

In order to achieve advantage within the competition for talent, non-public enterprises need to produce an enabling strategy to draw in and retain talent that is Employer Brand strategy. The paper defines the that means of Employer Brand, so from the particular scenario of personal enterprises, it explores ways for personal firms to make Employer Brand so as to determine an honest image of Employer Brand, attract and retain talent, and may offer some steerage for companies’ property development.
